Fully Integrated BMS System
Through digital control technology we are able to utilize remote pre-programmed outstations to provide control of several zones of Natural Ventilation, each with its different requirements. The Naturalvent unit would be supplied with its damper motors mounted and pre-wired to the control box. This box, mounted adjacent to the damper motor, will house a fused power supply and be complete with all necessary terminations for the BMS supplier to connect to from their outstation.
The damper motors utilized will require a 0-10vdc signal from your BMS supplier. All additional control strategies would become part of the BMS System, each being wired back to the local outstation by your BMS supplier. The control box will require a 5amp switched fused spur adjacent to it (supplied by others).
NB: For safety reasons a volt free fire alarm contact is required (for manual and automatic stand alone systems, as well as for BMS systems), to be supplied by others, to close the modulating dampers on the Naturalvent system when a fire alarm occurs.
